Email support@viberepx.com. Please include the device you use, your iOS version, and a short description of the issue. Do not include your password or private health information.
Account and Sign-In
VibeRepX supports email/password, Sign in with Apple, and Sign in with Google. If you cannot sign in, confirm that you are using the same method used to create the account and check your network connection.
Subscriptions and Purchases
- Restore a subscription from Settings > Upgrade > Restore Purchases.
- Manage or cancel Plus in Apple Account Settings > Subscriptions.
- Voice Packs are one-time consumable purchases and do not renew.
- For App Store billing or refund requests, contact Apple Support.
Delete Your Account
In VibeRepX, open Settings > Account > Delete Account and complete both confirmation steps. This permanently deletes the account and associated profile, workout, meal, reminder, and chat data. App Store subscriptions must be cancelled separately.
Voice, Camera, Health, and Notifications
Voice coaching requires Microphone and Speech Recognition access. Meal photos require Camera access. Health and Notifications are optional. Permissions can be reviewed in the iPhone Settings app under VibeRepX.
Apple Watch
Keep the iPhone and Apple Watch nearby with Bluetooth enabled. Start the workout on iPhone, then open VibeRepX on Apple Watch to view the active exercise, sets, reps, weight, rest periods, and completion state.
